1. Basic Maintenance Needed:

2. Financial Report
a. Financial Report for the Month
- 2 Sales in the neighborhood
- 1 Filed lean, paid and closed
3. Lawn Care/Snow removal
- Snow Removal for Recent Storm from Jan 5-8
- $1,166.00 (Jan 5-8)
- May require additional snow removal with incoming Jan 10 snow
4. Driveway Clearance
a. NO TRAILERS are allowed in front of buildings or in driveway
b. Trash in front of buildings need to be removed
5. Fence repairs!
- Fence which was broken from trespassers hopping fence has been repaired
6. Dues
- Dues are $130/month
- Continued implementation of late fees for all dues not postmarked by the 10th of the month.
- Parking spot rental fee of $30/monthly has been implemented since January 01, 2023. Homeowners are responsible for paying monthly fee to park in pool house lot by the 10th of each month. Noncompliant owners will have 60 days to pay fees or cars parked in the lot will be towed.
